What is Whole Food Nutrition?

“One of the biggest tragedies of human civilization is the precedence of chemical
therapy over nutrition. It’s a substitution of artificial therapy over natural, of
poisons over food, in which we are feeding people poison in trying to correct the
reactions of starvation.”
-Dr. Royal Lee 1951

What is the Wrong Nutrition?– Unfortunately, people have no clue! 99% of
“nutritional” products sold and used in the U.S.A. are made from synthetic
chemicals that are formulated in some laboratory. They are fractionated, and devoid
of any nutrients. They cause an imbalance and can deplete the body of important
elements and do more harm then good.

We consume more “vitamin and mineral supplements” than all other countries in the
world combined yet we rank 37th in overall health!

Whole Food Supplements– In our clinic, we advocate organic, whole food
nutrition(s) that are made from the highest quality real foods. These products
contain all the synergistic components including vitamins, minerals, trace elements,
enzymes, amino acids, and hundreds of organic compounds. These nutritional
supplements are digested, absorbed, and utilized extremely efficiently (amazing
bio-availability!). In essence, we are feeding the body nutrition where we are usually
devoid in our diets. No one has the optimal diet anymore due to the depletion of our
nutritive soils.

We offer a variety of supplement choices that will fit just about everyone in our
population and made unique to the individual.  Choices will include: gluten free,
vegetarian/vegan free, soy free, dairy free, grain free, etc supplementation.

For instance, in our clinic, we exclusively use Standard Process Whole Food
Supplements.
Standard Process is a company located in Palmyra, WI that was
founded by Dr. Royal Lee in 1929.  Dr. Lee fought endlessly against the FDA, ADA,
AMA and commercial food giants to combat the likes of high fructose corn syrup,
trans fat, devitalized food products, fluoride, and other important topics.
